5) Your site MUST have a HTML layout, and good quality grafics [close to my quality or even better ^^]
6) Site must be updated at least 1 once every month. SHOW dedication of life XD, NO hiatus sites, or DEAD sites...
7) Must Stay in contact with me... by email or something i have MSN!!.
8) I will contact you if you are a accepted as a affie, MUST reply as soon as possible, or at least tell me on my site!
9) you MUST be nice, and i shall shower you with my nicity as well X3
10) Do NOT complain if you are not accepted!! you just need to shape some things up...
11) if you aren't accepted, and you think you have improved a bit. Apply again ^_^
